09:00 in Piazza Adua in Florence or 09:30 in Piazza del Mercato "I Ponti" at Bagno a Ripoli.

(1) Podere Le Fontanelle

We have visited at "Podere Le Fontanelle" which there were some herbs and flowers. They are cortivated naturally with the special technique. Mr. Piere who is a French and came here in Italy many years ago, taught us how to keep well the herbs. And then we tried a taste of "schiacciate whith spices". They were very good.
We here that Mr. Piere will come to "Mercato Santo Spirito" the 3rd Sunday of the month.

There were many flowers.
They were very beautiful !

(2) Fattoria di Pagnana

And then we have visited at "Fattoria di Pagnana". It is near "Rignano". You can watch the wonderful panoramaic view of "Vallombrosa". It is surrounded by vineyard and olive grove. "Fattoria Pagnana" gives the possibility to the guests to stay and you can use for meetings, special events, weddings, etc. And there is a swimming-pool.

We have visited the wine cellars. we have tried to drink some red wine. It was very good.

(3) Incisa

We have got a rest for lunch at "Incisa".

(4) Pieve di San Romolo Gaville e Museo della Civilta' Contadina

We have visited at "Pieve di San Romolo Gaville" near "Figline". It was documented from the year 1007 and it was built on top of a previous building and a roman view tower. The inside is divided into a nave and two aisles.

"Museo della Civita' Contadina" was born in 1974. There are more than 5000 tools of the life and work of the Toscanian farmers. There are 13 rooms, corresponding to the principal working. Wheat, oil, wine, kitchen, bedroom, etc.

(5) Chiesa di Santo Stefano

At last we have visited at "Chiesa di Santo Stefano a Torri". It was an ancient building in XIII century.

We went back to Florence about at 19:00. We had very good time.
