Soak dry tomatoes in boiled water for 30 minutes.

Make caper less salty and then cut them fine.
3.
Peel a garlic.
4.
Stuff dry tomatoes, caper, organ, garlic and chilies in a bottle.
5.
Pour Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the bottle.
6.
Keep it in a sunless and cool place for 2 weeks.
